Role Description The Team Leader for Home Loan Tele Sales will oversee and guide a tele sales team responsible for promoting and selling home loan products to prospective customers. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and includes managing daily call targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members. The role involves coordinating lead generation, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects, and driving conversions while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. The Team Leader will prepare regular sales reports, track metrics, and work closely with management to develop strategies that improve sales outcomes. The position also requires handling escalated customer queries, supporting training initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Relevant experience in home loans, consumer lending, or banking/financial services tele sales is highly beneficial.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in sales leadership will also be considered.
- Comfort with CRM tools, tele-calling systems, and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain ethical sales practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹15,869.20 - ₹28,765.04 per month
