Job Summary
The Genius Squad is looking for a result-oriented Academic Counsellor who specializes in the medical education sector. You will be responsible for guiding NEET UG and NEET PG aspirants through the high-stakes journey of college selection, seat allotment, and admission formalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Consulting: Provide detailed information on MBBS, BDS, MD, and MS admissions under various quotas (AIQ, State, Management, and NRI).
- Counselling Management: Guide candidates through the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) and State-level registration, choice filling, and seat locking processes.
- Client Conversion: Managing the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead calling to closing the admission consultancy service package.
- Data Analysis: Interpreting previous years' closing ranks (cut-offs) to provide students with a realistic list of target medical colleges.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining a database of leads and following up consistently via CRM to meet monthly enrollment targets.
Required Candidate Profile
- Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of the NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines and the difference between Deemed Universities, Govt. Colleges, and Private Medical Schools.
- Communication: Must be highly articulate in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a strong plus). You must be able to build trust with parents and doctors.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Medical Admission Consulting or Ed-Tech sales.
- Skills: Strong persuasion skills, patience, and the ability to work under the pressure of admission deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,834.61 - ₹32,686.18 per month
