We are looking for a highly energetic, versatile, and dependable Operations & Marketing Executive to join our champion team. This is a multi-faceted role perfect for someone who wants to learn how a business runs from the ground up. You will act as part of the CEO’s office managing engagements, assisting with product requirements, driving sales and bringing fresh prospective.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding, market development, verify required documentation, support and collaborate across functional teams.
Take ownership of updating and auditing reports to ensure 100% data integrity and regulatory readiness.
Support the accounting team with distribution works and financial tracking, maintaining high accuracy in all records.
Proactively research and integrate AI tools into operational workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency. Conduct periodic market research and present to the executive team.
Maintain master trackers using advanced Excel.
