**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take end-to-end responsibility for execution and supervision of premium residential projects from civil works through finishing and handover.
- Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and specialist agencies.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify coordination issues before execution.
- Handle AutoCAD and basic drawing/detail modifications required for site coordination.
- Prepare and monitor construction schedules, milestones, and daily/weekly progress.
- Ensure strict control over quality, workmanship, specifications, and project timelines.
- Verify contractor measurements, quantities, BOQs, and bills before certification.
- Resolve day-to-day technical and execution issues independently.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings and provide concise progress reports to the owner.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, changes, measurements, and site decisions.
**REQUIRED PROFILE**
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of residential construction.
- Proven experience managing high-end residential houses, villas, bungalows, or luxury residences.
- Candidates with experience handling complete projects from excavation/RCC through MEP, interiors, finishing, landscaping, and final handover will be preferred.
- Highly organised with strong project coordination and execution capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and represent the owner's interests.
