Job Summary:
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, retail, content, design, product launches, and campaigns. This role acts as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, cross-functional teams remain aligned, and execution quality is maintained.The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Work with design, content, social media, e-commerce, and sales teams.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities.
2. Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Conduct weekly project review meetings.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Maintain project trackers, timesheet and dashboards.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution issues.
3. Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate website updates.
- Manage landing page creation requirements.
- Support email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with paid campaign coordination.
- Monitor digital campaign performance.
4. E-commerce Coordination
- Coordinate Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry Meesho and D2C listing updates.
- Ensure A+ content, images, videos, and catalog assets are live.
- Monitor listing health and content accuracy.
- Coordinate promotional activities with marketplaces.
5. Agency & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with creative agencies and freelancers.
- Track deliverables against timelines.
- Review outputs before submission.
- Manage budgets and invoices where applicable.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track KPIs across campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance.
- Maintain marketing dashboards.
- Present insights and recommendations.
7. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Sales

- Customer Support

- Ensure alignment between departments.
8. Process Improvement
- Build SOPs for recurring marketing activities.
- Improve workflows using automation and AI tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
