We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Product Owner to lead the prioritisation, roadmap planning, and delivery alignment for Oracle Fusion Redwood adoption across multiple Fusion modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritise, and manage Redwood features and enhancement requirements across Oracle Fusion modules.
- Interpret Oracle Fusion Redwood assessment findings and translate them into a clear roadmap, phased delivery plan, and actionable workplan.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business value, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery timelines.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements, pain points, process gaps, and desired future-state outcomes.
- Map current and future-state business processes across relevant Oracle Fusion modules.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, engineers, testers, and service delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, playback discussions, prioritisation meetings, and stakeholder updates.
- Support impact assessment for Redwood adoption, including business process changes, user experience impacts, customisation considerations, testing needs, and change readiness.
- Ensure delivered features meet business acceptance criteria and support successful SIT/UAT activities.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and project leadership.
- Support change management and user adoption planning by helping define business impacts, training needs, and readiness considerations.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Lead, Functional Lead, or Senior Business Analyst within Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
- Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud across one or more modules such as SCM, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning, CX Service, Finance, or HCM.
- Ability to define and prioritise Oracle Redwood features across Fusion modules.
- Experience interpreting Oracle Fusion Redwood assessment outputs and converting them into a practical roadmap, prioritised backlog, and delivery workplan.
- Strong capability in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and requirement translation.
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams, including business users, functional consultants, technical engineers, testers, project managers, and service delivery coordinators.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, delivery timelines, and user experience outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business acceptance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent project experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, enhancement, migration, or transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience creating product roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, business requirements, process maps, and delivery plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, Oracle Fusion, or ERP-related certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
