Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer & Videographer with 2–4 years of professional experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills and be capable of independently conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of resorts, rooms, restaurants, weddings, events, adventure activities, food, and guest experiences.
- Produce engaging short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute creative shoots based on seasonal campaigns, festivals, and marketing objectives.
- Travel regularly to Aspen Hospitality properties for scheduled content shoots.
- Edit photographs and videos using industry-standard software while maintaining brand consistency.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, drones (where licensed), lighting equipment, and audio gear.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, and Social Media teams to create campaign-specific content.
- Maintain an organized archive of digital assets and ensure timely delivery of edited content.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and social media content trends.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional shooting equipment.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects (preferred).
- Experience with color grading, sound synchronization, and cinematic editing.
- Ability to create engaging vertical content for social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of drone videography is an added advantage.
- Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, luxury, weddings, or lifestyle photography will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
