Job Summary:
The VTL Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) machines to machine large and heavy components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The operator ensures dimensional accuracy, quality compliance, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. for new jobs and tool changes. dimensions meet specified tolerances and quality requirements.
- Record inspection results and production data. and organized work area (5S). to improve productivity and tool life.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments to resolve machining issues. Siemens, or equivalent (preferred). -solving and troubleshooting
- Safety awareness
- Teamwork and communication skills , pump, and power equipment manufacturing industries.
- Working with large castings, forgings, and fabricated components.
Pay: ₹9,094.62 - ₹29,869.27 per month
