Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively follow up on assigned leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Conduct field visits and home demos for qualified prospects
- Close deals on the spot or within short sales cycles
- Apply sales psychology and urgency-based selling techniques
- Handle objections related to price, trust, timing, and competition
- Maintain high call productivity + field activity balance
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Ensure strict CRM updates, follow-up discipline, and SOP compliance
Required Skill Set (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience in inside sales / field sales / telesales / service or education sales
- Strong command of sales psychology, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Willingness to do field work, home demos, and travel
- High-pressure tolerance with no excuses on targets
- Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
- CRM and pipeline management experience
