Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network in the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits
- Promote company products and schemes to dealers and retailers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Dealer & Retailer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly
- Conduct regular visits to assigned dealers and retail outlets
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily visit reports (DVR) and weekly sales reports
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
- Provide feedback on market demand and product performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,660.82 - ₹39,503.35 per month
