A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. They create a positive first impression for clients and guests while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain front desk and reception area
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information
- Manage records, files, and office documents
- Coordinate with staff and departments
- Receive couriers, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain attendance and visitor logs
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi)
- Professional and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Multitasking and organizational abilities
- Customer service mindset
- Time management and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior front desk or customer handling experience is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
