Experience: 5+ years in Purchase/Procurement (Hospitality/Senior Living experience preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, cost optimization, and timely availability of materials while ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, and vendor management.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials required for daily operations.
- Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, F&B, and Administration teams for procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant procurement qualification preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
- Experience in hospitality, facility management, or senior living industry preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
