**Junior Production Supervisor – FMCG
**Experience:** 0–3 years
**Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise daily production activities and ensure shift targets are achieved.
* Monitor quality, safety, and GMP compliance.
* Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
* Manage shop-floor operators and maintain discipline.
* Prepare production reports and track downtime, wastage, and efficiency.
* Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to SOPs.
**Qualifications:** * Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field. * Basic knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes, GMP, and safety standards. * Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
