Core Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Planning: Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels (web, social media, email) to meet company goals.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads) to boost search engine rankings and increase visibility.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Plan and curate content for social media platforms to increase engagement and monitor online brand presence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze digital data using Google Analytics and other tools to track performance, measuring KPIs and ROI to inform future strategies.
- Website Maintenance & Updates: Update company websites and collaborate with designers to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Prepare and distribute newsletters, promotional emails, and manage subscriber databases.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally requires 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs), and marketing automation software .
- Content Creation: Strong copywriting and creative skills for crafting compelling, engaging content.
