Bloomatrix Infotech Private Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Team Leader to lead a team of software developers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, designers, testers, and support engineers.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure software quality.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Track project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Mentor and train team members to improve technical and professional skills.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
- Monitor team productivity and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Encourage innovation, continuous learning, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Python, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or other version control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
