Job Description:
Oversee the operations and activities of the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL), fostering innovation and hands-on learning in STEM. Manage lab equipment, guide students in projects, ensure safety and maintenance, and promote a culture of creativity and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily functioning and maintenance of the ATL lab.
- Guide students in using tools, kits, and equipment such as Arduino, sensors, 3D printers, and robotics kits.
- Facilitate innovation and problem-solving sessions aligned with the ATL curriculum.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, consumables, and project materials.
- Ensure lab safety and proper handling of equipment by students.
- Organize workshops, exhibitions, and competitions to promote innovation.
- Coordinate with NITI Aayog, mentors, and teachers for ATL-related programs and reporting.
