Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably working with D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing high-performing digital campaigns, and driving brand growth through data-driven strategies. A strong understanding of consumer behavior, social media trends, audience engagement, and performance analytics is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, and community management.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Collaborate with design, content, performance marketing, and branding teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and D2C marketing trends.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for promotional campaigns.
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Manage paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a D2C brand is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising campaigns and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management, preferably with a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand.
- Experience in e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty will be an added advantage.
