Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer inquiries received through our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidently interact with customers, assist them during the purchase process, and convert inquiries into successful orders while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Communicate with customers over calls and chats to resolve queries and provide order-relaten information.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales orders.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth order processing and customer requirements.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
