Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.
- Operate and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Analyze warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, transportation, and customer service teams.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Manage vendor and transporter relationships related to warehouse operations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support WMS upgrades, testing, user training, and process improvements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
