We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Courier & Cargo industry.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Shipment tracking and monitoring
- Checking delivery status
- POD (Proof of Delivery) management and follow-up
- Ensuring and monitoring on-time deliveries
- Knowledge of reverse pickup processes
- Docket generation and shipment booking knowledge
- Customer and client coordination
- Resolving shipment and delivery-related queries
- Strong communication and CRM skills
