Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage accounting, administrative, HR coordination, board reporting support, and internal audit assistance. The role requires strong financial discipline, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Finance Management
* Maintain books of account.
* Process sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
* Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers.
* Maintain petty cash and expense records.
* Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for statutory compliance.
* Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filing requirements.
* Maintain accounting records in ERP/Tally and ensure data accuracy.
* Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
2. Administration
* Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
* Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
* Maintain employee personnel files and records.
* Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
* Support employee engagement and HR compliance activities.
* Maintain organization charts and employee databases.
* Coordinate training programs and employee communications.
* Manage office administration and facility requirements.
* Ensure proper documentation and filing systems.
3. Board Meeting & Internal Audit Support
* Collect monthly data from Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D, and Quality teams.
* Prepare monthly management dashboards and KPI reports.
* Assist in preparation of Board Meeting presentations.
* Assist management during internal audits.
Qualifications
* B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
* 2+ years of experience in Accounts, Administration, and HR coordination.
* Experience handling multiple entities or group companies preferred.

* Tally Prime
* Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

* Microsoft Word
* GST & TDS knowledge
* MIS Reporting
* ERPNext/SAP Business One(Preferred)

Compensation
* CTC: 3,00,000 TO 5,00,000 LPA
* Acommodation provided by company
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
