AASRAA Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate Hindi Mentor to strengthen the quality of Hindi education across our schools. The role involves regularly visiting different AASRAA school campuses, mentoring teachers, enhancing classroom practices, and supporting students in improving their Hindi language proficiency.

Hindi Mentor
Location
Based in Dehradun with regular travel to various AASRAA Trust schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit AASRAA schools on a regular basis to support Hindi teaching and learning.
- Mentor and guide Hindi teachers on effective teaching methodologies and classroom practices.
- Assist teachers in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and assessment strategies.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in improving their reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills in Hindi.
- Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and demonstration classes.
- Develop and recommend innovative teaching resources and learning materials.
- Monitor the implementation of the Hindi curriculum across schools and ensure academic quality.
- Work closely with school leaders to identify learning gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare reports on school visits, teacher progress, and student learning outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching or academic mentoring experience in Hindi.
- Strong understanding of school curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across AASRAA Trust schools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
