Oryxon is an early-stage global entertainment company currently building its foundation across four divisions:
- Esports & Gaming
- Animation Studios
- Records
- Productions
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager who wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify talented individuals for various roles across all four divisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and communication.
- Screen candidate profiles and portfolios.
- Prepare candidate evaluation reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with the Talent Operations & Management Head during the recruitment process.
- Build long-term relationships with professionals and creators.
- Expand Oryxon's network nationally and internationally.
- Maintain recruitment records and talent databases.
- Support employer branding by promoting opportunities on professional platforms such as LinkedIn.

- Has experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Communicates professionally and confidently.
- Enjoys networking and building relationships.
- Is organized and proactive.
- Can work independently in a remote environment.
- Believes in building long-term organizations.
