Job Summary
The Career Counselor will support students and parents in making informed educational and career decisions through assessments, counseling support, client follow-ups, and administrative coordination. The role also involves business development, social media management, research, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partner organizations.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Student Assessment & Counseling Support
- Conduct career assessments for students from Class VII to XII and their parents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all assessments.
- Assist the Chief Career Counselor during counseling sessions by observing discussions and taking detailed notes.
- Conduct follow-up sessions with clients for up to three months after counseling to monitor progress and provide updates.
2. Client Communication & Lead Management
- Respond to inquiries received through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Manage calls received on the organization's official phone professionally and promptly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain client communication records.
3. Coordination & Business Development
- Coordinate meetings with schools, educational institutions, and collaborators.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partner organizations.
- Support outreach initiatives and represent the organization professionally during collaborations and events.
4. Social Media Management
- Manage and regularly update the organization's social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish educational and promotional content.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators when required.
5. Research & Educational Updates
- Conduct regular research on educational trends, career opportunities, entrance examinations, scholarships, and higher education updates.
- Prepare research summaries and reports for internal use.
- Stay informed about changes in the education sector to support counseling and content development.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
