Key Responsibilities
* Machine Setup: Align electrodes, fixtures, and workpieces correctly before starting the job.
* Parameter Control: Adjust voltage, current, spark gap, and flushing settings during the run.
* Quality Check: Inspect finished molds, dies, and metal parts using tools like micrometers and calipers.
* Maintenance: Clean the machine daily and perform basic checks to prevent breakdowns.
Required Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma plus an ITI or Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical engineering.
* Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on work in a tool room or manufacturing shop.
* Skills: Ability to read technical blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
