Having a field service engineer technical problem solving
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of equipment according to specifications and standards.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, providing effective solutions to clients.
Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all field activities.
Provide training and technical guidance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all field operations.
Travel to client locations as required, sometimes on short notice.

Pay: ₹9,233.09 - ₹40,000.00 per month
