Role Summary
Manage day-to-day HR and accounts operations, including attendance and leave management, salary processing, daily expense tracking, and third-party banking documentation. Act as a key coordination point between employees, management, and external accounting/banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage attendance and leave records
- Handle salary processing and disbursement
- Track and report daily expenses
- Prepare and manage third-party banking documentation
- Coordinate with accountants for financial records and compliance
- Maintain HR records and support routine administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or accounts
- Good organizational and communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
