Key Performance Indicator:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Drive visibility & numbers on e-com & quick com platforms.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms that align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with external agencies, marketing teams, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize social media presence.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the marketing teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives
