Job Description: We are looking for a CRM Executive with strong communication and computer skills to handle customer queries, maintain data, and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports (Excel, Word).
- Maintain customer feedback and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support administrative and data-entry tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage client follow-ups.
- Experience in CRM/customer service preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
