Job Description:
The Tranquil Wedding is urgently hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining our wedding planning services, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain services and packages clearly
- Maintain and update client databases
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Work Timings:
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Monday to Saturday
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Incentive: 2% commission on achieving ₹5,00,000 monthly sales
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred
