Job Overview
The Associate Analyst, Advisory Operations independently supports the advisory billing function through problem-solving, reporting, quality control, audit support, remediation, and training. This role applies judgement within defined policies and controls to resolve issues and support risk mitigation. The role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborates with leadership and cross-functional partners to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Executed quality control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Support leadership on multiple and potentially overlapping department level projects
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or procedural improvements
Document quality issues, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities
Support audit requests, remediation efforts, and procedure updates
Manage escalated items within defined scope and escalate higher-risk issues as appropriate
Support projects including UAT, transformation, implementation, and change management initiatives

Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or operation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Good attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
