Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Follow up on leads provided through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and field activities.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, project presentations, and property walkthroughs.
- Sales Closure:
- Negotiate deals and close property sales.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for documentation and booking formalities.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated with current real estate trends, upcoming projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance and client feedback.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business and referrals.
- Ensure a smooth and positive post-sales experience for the customer.
