Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Business Development team across all segments- Drive partnerships, business growth, and revenue initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor and maintain team KPIs, KRAs, and overall performance metrics
- Mentor, guide, and motivate team members
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations
- Build strong stakeholder and client relationships
- Ensure target achievement and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
5–6+ years of experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Growth roles- Prior experience in crowdfunding, healthcare fundraising, NGOs, social impact, or related sectors preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passionate about creating impact and driving meaningful change
- Self-driven, strategic, and execution-focused mindset
