The Team Lead – Sales (Credit Transfer Program) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets for credit transfer programs, while ensuring a consistently high standard of customer engagement. The team lead will oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, performance monitoring, and coordination of outreach activities to prospective learners and institutional partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Ed-tech as a team lead
- Strong team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and develop actionable srategies for growth
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Bachelors Degree with 3-4 years experience in Sales
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
