Sr. Analyst - Customer Voice Description - External Role: Senior, Application Developer (Medallia) This is a full-time role with responsibilities spread between end user support and technical development of overall Medallia and Snaplogic platform supporting Schneider’s Customer Voice program. The person should be excellent in communication, stakeholder management and should have previous experience working with external vendors as well as implementation of SaaS solutions within a global company Responsibilities Must have CX platform awareness and previous experience working in similar domain Work closely with product owners to refine requirements and adapt the platform architecture to the changing needs of our customers Develop new user-facing features and customer-driven enhancements to Medallia platform. Create fast, easy to use solutions that can be implemented quickly and seamlessly to support diverse clients. Coordinate with external and internal vendors + delivery teams during issue investigation and product enhancement projects Partner with business on the CX community to help adoption and growth of Medallia platform within Schneider Qualifications - External Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT solution design and implementation Previous experience with agile process, inclusive of ability to work in fast-paced and distributed teams. Expert in customer/end user support management Excellent communication in English - both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors in CS, Engineering, or other advanced degree. Medallia certified - must Experience working on Snaplogic Demonstrate strong IT platform management fundamentals
