Job description
· Control of expenses within the budget.
· Collection of outstanding service payments on time.
· To increase service revenues.
· Achieving AMC Targets.
· On time submission of reports / feedback from customers to CSS Dept.,
· Collection of Customer Survey Feedback forms regularly and submit the same to CRM department for customer satisfaction analysis.
· Attending to monthly review meeting and contribute for continual improvement on product quality / service / documentation.
Key Points:
Minimum 2 to 3yrs Experience
Basic Electrical Knowledge
Electrical wiring circuit drawing understanding
Problem identification skills.
Easy troubleshooting skills.
