We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows that running ads is not just about pressing “Launch Campaign”
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimising and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google for multiple business objectives — from generating high-quality leads to promoting digital products, webinars, events, trade fairs and building strong brand visibility
This role sits at the intersection of Performance Marketing + Creative Thinking + Consumer Psychology + Branding
We’re looking for someone who can look at a campaign and ask:
Who are we targeting?
Why would they care?
What message will make them stop scrolling?
What creative will make them click?
And most importantly - what happens after the click?
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, audience, and funnel stage
- Manage campaign budgets and allocation
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, and other relevant metrics
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve efficiency and scale results
- Identify winning campaigns, audiences, creatives, and messaging and scale them
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and identify the reason behind performance drops
2. Lead Generation
- Build and optimise campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads
- Understand the difference between cheap leads and quality leads
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion
- Optimise campaigns based on downstream performance, not just platform metrics
- Develop strategies for different lead-generation funnels, including forms, landing pages, WhatsApp, and webinar/event registrations
3. Creative Understanding
You don’t need to be a graphic designer or video editor — but you must understand what makes an ad creative work
You should be able to:
- Identify strong hooks, angles, and messaging
- Understand audience psychology and pain points
- Suggest creative concepts for different audiences
- Brief designers, editors, and content teams effectively
- Analyse why a creative is working or failing
- Recommend improvements to hooks, headlines, visuals, CTAs, and offers
- Continuously test different creative angles, formats, and messaging
We want someone who can say more than “this creative isn't working”
You should be able to explain WHY it isn't working and what we should test next
4. Branding & Awareness Campaigns
Not every campaign is about immediate lead generation
You will also work on campaigns designed to:
- Build brand awareness
- Increase visibility
- Establish authority and credibility
- Reach relevant audiences at scale
- Support personal and business branding
- Promote campaigns, initiatives, and important announcements
You should understand the difference between performance advertising and branding advertising, and know how both contribute to the larger marketing funnel
5. Multiple Campaign Categories
You may work across campaigns for:
- Digital products
- Webinars
- Workshops
- Events
- Trade fairs
- Business initiatives
- Personal branding
- Company branding
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Awareness campaigns
- Launches and promotional campaigns
This means you’ll need to be comfortable adapting your strategy based on the objective rather than using the same campaign structure for everything
What We’re Looking For Must Have
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
- Proven experience generating leads through paid advertising
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and scaling
- Good understanding of funnels and conversion journeys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of ad creatives, hooks, copy, and messaging
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong ownership — you should be comfortable taking responsibility for numbers
You’ll Have an Advantage If You Have
- Experience with webinars, events, or trade fairs
- Experience marketing digital products
- Experience with personal branding or creator-led businesses
- Experience working with coaching, education, consulting, or service businesses
- Experience with WhatsApp-based lead funnels
- Experience working with landing pages and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining lead quality

We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to operate Ads Manager
We’re looking for someone who is:

Analytical - comfortable making decisions from data
Creative - understands that performance starts with the right message
