We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in SMB customer acquisition and IT Infrastructure / Hardware Sales.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Acquire new SMB customers through direct sales, referrals, channel partners & networking
✔ Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
✔ Drive sales of Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, EUC, Cloud & IT Hardware Solutions
✔ Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue & gross margin targets
✔ Manage customer relationships and identify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities
✔ Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and close deals
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5–7 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / SMB Sales
✔ Strong experience in new customer acquisition & account management
✔ Excellent negotiation, consultative selling & closing skills
✔ OEM exposure to HP, Dell, Lenovo, Canon, Epson, Brother, ASUS, Acer, etc.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
