Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects to qualify leads and generate appointments.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their business challenges and needs.
Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), SQL, MQL and HQL to ensure alignment with our offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation.
Requirements:
Minimum 6M / Minimum of 1 year of experience in international voice process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to qualify leads effectively.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Immediate joiner preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
