Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of IT professionals and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The IT Team Leader will oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of IT projects while ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.

Strong Knowledge of IT Services and experience of having worked in the IT industry and international Market.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate project resources, including third-party vendors and contractors.

Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate as needed.

Ensure that project documentation and deliverables meet quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Team Leader Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Experience managing complex projects, preferably in a large enterprise environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

MCA/M.Tech/B.E/M.Sc. or equivalent experience.
