Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled Architect for our Ludhiana office with strong expertise in Architectural Design, 3D Visualization, and Project Planning.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in:
- 3DS Max
- Lumion
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural layouts, concepts, and working drawings
- Develop high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings
- Coordinate with site teams and project stakeholders
- Handle residential and commercial architectural projects
- Prepare presentations, elevations, and visualization concepts
- Ensure timely project execution and design accuracy
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Strong command over 3DS Max, Lumion, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Good understanding of architectural planning and rendering
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Important Requirement:
We are looking for candidates who can provide a minimum commitment of at least 1 year with the organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in interior and exterior rendering
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
