Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Share information about loan and credit card services
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and customer data
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer service
- Achieve daily calling targets
