Experience in SFDC Automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
Good knowledge in designing custom objects, fields, dynamic page layouts, custom labels, and building reports.
Experience in data migration & integration using Data Loader.
Follow Agile methodology involving onsite and offshore coordination.
Good experience in addressing problems, investigating causes and implementing successful resolutions.
Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
Must be able to facilitate internal and external communication effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
