Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of doors, windows, and related systems at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and coordination with clients, contractors, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation activities for aluminum, uPVC, steel, wooden doors, and window systems.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and contractors for smooth site operations.
- Monitor manpower deployment and daily site progress.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials at site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate material requirements and maintain site inventory records.
- Attend project meetings and provide project status updates.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure snag-free handover of completed work.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in doors, windows, façade, or interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of aluminum, uPVC, and glazing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

- Site measurement and estimation knowledge.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Understanding of construction safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.
