- Provide one-on-one career counseling and job placement services to job seekers
- Screen job openings and match job seekers with appropriate opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job openings and promote the organization's job placement services
- Conduct outreach to community organizations and local schools to raise awareness of job placement services
- Provide job search support, including resume and cover letter writing assistance, interview preparation, and negotiation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of job seekers' progress and job placement outcomes
- Stay current on local job market trends and available job opportunities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
