Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Supervisor to manage end-to-end
HR operations while supporting a fast-paced Advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate should
be capable of independently handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations,
employee engagement, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Major Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, leave, employee records, HR
documentation, employee engagement and HRMS.
Create and manage JDs for various roles across Mio Design.
Handle end-to-end recruitment across creative, digital, client servicing, production, and corporate
functions.
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts, onboarding, induction, appointment letters,
and background verification.
Manage in-house social media presence by creating engaging content and reels, to showcase the
company’s culture, people, events, and activities, and supporting employer branding initiatives to
promote Mio Design on social media.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, support manpower planning,
and drive people-related initiatives.
Manage and update employer-review platforms like Glassdoor, Ambition Box, and others.
Provide HR guidance to managers on employee matters, policies, and performance management.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, counselling, and
conflict resolution.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, cultural events, recognition programs, and
employer branding initiatives.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.
Support probation reviews, KRAs/KPIs, performance appraisals, confirmations, and Performance
Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee
skills and performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, recruitment agencies, and external vendors to ensure efficient
HR service delivery while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Required Skills:
Strong experience & knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in using recruitment tools like- Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Behance etc.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, HRMS, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or
Creative Agency.
Experience hiring for creative and digital roles such as Designers, Copywriters, Client Servicing,
Account Management etc.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
