About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and technically skilled STEM Robotics Teacher / Trainer to inspire and educate students aged 4 to 18 years in emerging technologies including Robotics, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Drone Technology, 3D Printing, Coding, and other STEM disciplines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging hands-on learning experiences, managing STEM laboratories, developing curriculum content, mentoring students for competitions and projects, and working with both open-source and commercial educational technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
STEM Training for Classroom and Online Delivery
- Conduct engaging and interactive STEM classes for students across different age groups (4–18 years).
- Teach concepts related to:
- Robotics
- Electronics & Embedded Systems
- Coding & Programming
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Machine Learning (Basic to Intermediate)
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Drone Technology
- 3D Printing & Design
- Arduino & Microcontroller Programming
- Sensors & Actuators
- Engineering Design Thinking
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Deliver practical, project-based, and experiential learning sessions.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for young learners.
STEM Lab Management
- Maintain and organize the robotics and STEM laboratory.
- Manage inventory of:
- Robotics kits
- Electronic components
- Sensors
- Tools and equipment
- 3D printing materials
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety standards.
- Keep records of equipment usage and procurement requirements.
Working with Open-Source & Commercial Platforms
The trainer should be comfortable working with both open-source and branded educational platforms, including but not limited to:

Parent & School Engagement
- Conduct student progress reviews.
- Participate in parent interactions and demonstrations.
- Support workshops, seminars, STEM exhibitions, and outreach programs.
- Represent the organization during school programs and STEM events.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

- Electronics & Communication Engineering

- Related Technical Field
Experience
- 1–5+ years of experience in STEM training, robotics education, or technology instruction.
- Freshers with exceptional practical robotics and teaching skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
