About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The selected candidate will work closely with senior architects on a variety of residential projects, primarily based in the United States. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain international project experience and develop technical, design, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of senior architects on architectural design and documentation.
- Develop and manage architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare construction documents, design development drawings, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP, structural, and other consultants.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Assist in design development, space planning, and technical problem-solving.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Open to learning new software, technologies, and workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred.
- Experience working on residential projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with U.S. architectural standards and documentation practices is a plus.
