About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Executive to handle tele sales activities, front office responsibilities, administrative tasks, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesTele Sales & Customer Communication
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding company services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and update lead status regularly.
- Handle basic client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage meeting room schedules and visitor records.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
- Maintain employee and client records.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
- Support management with data entry and basic reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in tele sales, reception, or office administration is an advantage.
