Job Title: Receptionist
Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk, provide administrative support, and ensure a smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
* Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings.
* Perform light administrative task, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
* Any Graduate
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
